DC fast charging guns for high-power applications. Our GB/T DC charging gun is rated up to 250A / 1000V DC and is available in air-cooled and liquid-cooled versions for 60kW to 240kW charging piles. The contact system uses silver-plated copper alloy pins with a rated life of 10,000 cycles, and the housing is flame-retardant, UV-stable engineering plastic rated IP67 in the mated condition.
We supply the gun as a complete assembly with cable, temperature sensors and the locking actuator, or as a spare part for after-sales service. CCS1, CCS2 and CHAdeMO tooling is also available for OEM projects. Send us your current rating and cable length and we will quote within one working day.
